Ripping apart the harmonious constitutional fabric and decimating every human value, the ruling tyrants have transformed the once peaceful welfare state into an India of brutal dictatorship surreptitiously obtained through rigged elections and subverted democracy.
The network of dehumanization grows in the Petri Dish of “injustice” with which India has been being governed for the last few decades. Those most immoral man the chairs of judiciary. The rich and powerful gang of political, industrialist, bureaucratic tycoons call the shots on who enjoys immunity and who will hang from the gallows. Indian police is nothing but a pimp in the hands of those who have the power to hire, suspend or dismiss them. These policemen mostly come from the poor Indian middle class families and are under constant compulsion to win bread for those back home. Thus they quickly become a part of the cruel network of decades old tyrannical chain of governance.
Police and judiciary under the command of their political masters work in tandem to create an environment of fear and submission so that no challenger could muster up enough courage to go against the ruling high and mighty.
Political and ideological opponents, reformers, writers, journalists, activists and honest Indians are systematically identified and targeted for all sorts of vendetta. Virtually anyone who dissents to the tyranny of the governing thugs is first vociferously smeared by the lap-dog media and highly paid trolls on the Zionist-backed social media platforms to conveniently incriminate the targeted person and then he or she is netted first by the government spy agencies, a fake FIR then brings him or her to the realm of law enforcement department, and the target is thus detained by the pimping police having obtained an arrest warrant by the subservient judicial magistrate.
At an early stage, the detention is in order to facilitate the so-called interrogation by enslaved investigating authorities who have presumed that someone is guilty even before knowing a word about him.
The criminal practice of detaining suspects without charge for up to many days before unlawfully re-arresting them on separate allegations is the order of the day. Many remain in custody until they either confess or their case comes to trial. The despotic police then frames the innocent victim by booking them under various life-ruining unbailable sections (thoroughly dictated by their upper echelon) from NSA to Sedition much of it is directed at the ruling dispensation.
A large number of innocent victims are languishing in Indian jails mostly without charges or fair trial. The blood thirsty police and the murderous judiciary insensitively tramples on the fundamental rights of the poor Indian citizens while the common man helplessly sits on the fence watching their fellow country men loosing everything due to the lack of financial and legal support.
Cases after cases of open crime against humanity are emerging from across the length and breadth of India where the police is clearly seen indulging in fake encounters, extra judicial detention, illegal torture and open firing on harmless citizens all in the name of internal security , law and order. Salary paid judges find it impossible to rebel against the ruling tyrants and bring the criminal policemen to justice so they comfortably compromise choosing to go hand in gloves. This brings an end to any remaining hope for justice in India today.
So please don’t be surprised if you find religious scholar like Dr.Zakir Naik in self-imposed exile not returning home, activist like Kanhaiya Kumar and Umar Khalid being slapped with sedition charges and chased like wild dogs with thousands of pages of sham charge sheet , writers like Gauri Lankesh and M M Kalburgi are brutally murdered, kids protesting in Kashmir are sprayed with lethal pellets by giggling policemen, while an accomplice judiciary breathe a sigh of relief when tearful mothers wail at the death of their kids.
Millions of civil and criminal cases have been thrown under the dusty piles of legal files waiting to see the light of the day while underprivileged youths falsely framed by the police are languishing in prison to be exonerated, proven not guilty, may be after a decade or more with their lives completely ruined by the draconian regime and the despicable law enforcers. This is the true situation in India whose state sponsored human rights violations are mostly overlooked by the UN-owning nations due to their vested economic interests.
